I always advise my clients to save the reviews and kind messages their customers send them and post them to their social media. This will make it clear to your potential customers that it’s worth working with you or buying your products.
⠀ The fact is, 90% of consumers read online reviews before visiting any business. And 88% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. 
⠀But if there happens a bad review somewhere online, never delete it. Better apologise for what happened and solve the problem. This will work much better for you, as everyone understands that there is no perfect company that satisfies everyone.
